What is useful is the ability to create a little separation by EQing two conflicting instruments in opposite directions from one UI to, (instead of having to manage two separate EQs). And the factory graphs are generic meaning they're ok, but might not necessarily be ideal depending on the style you work in. I've tinkered with it and found it's the kind of plugin where you could chase your tail trying to make things match a graph. (Sculptor does add latency though, everything else doesn't.)Īlso TBC is meh.
I use the transient shaper all the time as well. I have the exciter and mutiband in my template. The plugins themselves are quite useful if you cook from scratch, and can be run with no latency at all.
The plugin has no way of knowing if those nodes might actually be useful harmonic information.
